I am sharing my birth story to ease the fear of a lot of mothers out there. Growing up, I’ve been surrounded by many movies and ideas that say giving birth to a baby is dangerous, scary and unbearably painful. I find there’s more negative perceptions of childbirth than positive ones. Before having my own children, I thought giving birth had to be in a cold white hospital with lots of equipment, tubes, and machinery around us. It felt like a project, kind of more technology based. We can’t really move and are told what to do. We wait, undergo a lot of pain and suffering with possible interventions before baby is born. Giving birth to a baby is definitely no joke, it's life-changing, and it is a very tough process. However, from my experiences, it doesn’t have to be scary. It’s natural. Woman are built to carry babies and our bodies do know what to do if we let it. I find in this modern world, technology, marketing and personal gain has taken over. We have lost touch with our bodies and ourselves. We have adapted to relying on things to make us, ease us, and help us. When actually, we have all the tools within us to heal, recover, and do things. I want to remind everyone to never lose track of their abilities God gave us to begin with. My birthing experiences has been so empowering for me. It allowed me to get back within my true nature and trust in me, trust in what God has created. No matter what birth setting you choose, hospital, home, or any place possible. I pray for all the mothers out there to believe in yourself, let go of all fear, and let your body do its job. Embrace this journey. It's one of the most rewarding and meaningful events in your life. It may be up and down, and that’s ok. Have a peaceful, safe and smooth journey. My children make me very tired and also very happy. I wouldn't ever change a thing about my life with them. Jared in my eyes is a cutie puttuti and he looks great with long hair. LOL.... It was starting to get too long though if you know what I mean. I decided to cut his hair and mark this moment with a video to last forever. I have no clue what I'm doing, it's literally my first time. Anyways, worth a try right? I will go take some lessons and practice more before I cut someone else's hair. Hi, so this video was filmed back in the day when I was quarantining for 21 days. I came across this portable washing machine. It really made my quarantine stay so much more comfortable and more like home. Jared and I had fresh clean clothes to wear. Its nice and small, super easy to use, and actually quite fun. It did a great job cleaning my clothes and it spun my clothes really dry. Just wanted to share this with you. Is there something that touches your heart and encourages you to keep going? Mine are cards. I love handwritten cards or letters. It's so rare now to receive a handwrittien anything. Everything is so electronic and so instant. I miss those days when we actually had to wait and miss each other. Anyways, I still keep all my handwritten cards and take it out once in a while to read them. They bring back so many good memories and strengthens my heart to keep doing better each day. Motherhood has let me step into my mothers shoes and experience what it is like to be a parent. CHAN is a mother of 3 children: my older brother, my older sister, and me. Due to history war and her family circumstances, she never had the opportunity to go to school. At 5 years old she started working and being responsible for taking care of her family. She doesn’t know, but God has fully trained her to be very good at household chores and taking care of her family. Because of her upbringing, she just works works works and cares cares cares for us. We are her everything. My mother does and always will have a special place in my heart. She was chosen by God to give me life. She offered me all her time, all her snuggles, selflessly put us before herself, dedicated everything to us. Sometimes she has tough love, but only to make us better to the best of her knowledge at the time. She nags me everyday for the right reasons. She will always have my back even when I may be wrong. She will love me until the end of time and her loyal, fierce devotion is unmatched. She is irreplaceable in my life and offers great comfort and warmth that can never be taken away. I was introduced to the benefits of apple cider vinegar by a dear friend of mine who is very knowledgeable about the holistic approach to healing the human body. I tried this drink and fell in love with it right away. Many times I either drink it diluted with water, or sometimes I make it taste sweeter by adding honey to it.
